Did you know?
Because of it’s natural collagen rich properties, Phở supports joint health, skin elasticity and gut function! Especially when infused with our traditional pho aromatics such as ginger, onions, star anise,
cinnamon and cardamom. It has natural
anti-inflammatory benefits.

Homemade Beef Meatballs (Bò Viên)
A bouncy, full of flavour bò viên is loved for its texture and deep, savoury flavour. Ours is made with 100% halal beef. Carefully hand crafted with love and care for our noodle soup dishes! What makes it better? There's no added preservatives, all freshly made!
Braised Beef Stew Phở
Our halal beef is marinated overnight to deepen it's flavours then slow-cooked to perfect tenderness. Carrots are added for a touch of natural sweetness. And like with all great soups, time plays one of the most important role to bring out the best flavours. We finish off our broth with our homemade chilli oil for a gentle kick of warmth and mild spice.

Did you know?
Traditionally, Bún Bò Huế is made with both beef and pork. But our mission is to make Vietnamese food as accessible as possible; respecting different backgrounds and dietary needs. We’ve seen firsthand how those limitations can stop us from sharing our culture with friends and the wider community, and we want to change that. Even though the traditional ingredients are not used, the flavour remains authentic and true.
Homemade Chicken Sausage (Chả Quế)
Traditionally, chả is made with pork, but to make this beloved Vietnamese favourite more accessible, we’ve crafted our own version using halal chicken. It stays true to the signature texture and bold flavour of the original, so authentic you won’t even notice the difference!

Our Rice Bowls Selections
Bibimbap Rice
Why do we call it bibimbap? It comes from a deep love of food and a genuine appreciation for the beauty of different cultures. The Korean hot stone bibimbap bowl is a dish that brings joy, warmth, and a satisfying fullness.

That inspired us to create our own version, where Vietnamese meets Korean. Using familiar Vietnamese flavours and ingredients, we’ve reimagined the classic bibimbap experience in our own way. It’s a bowl full of balance: protein, fibre, and carbs, all coming together in one wholesome, comforting meal.
All our Bibimbap's are served with:
Egg fried rice, seasoned beansprouts, carrots, mushrooms and morning glory. Topped with sesame seeds and fresh chilli. And our house bibimbap sauce.

For the perfect finish, all our meats are flame-seared over charcoal for that signature smoky touch.

Grilled Chicken Bibimbap
Shaking Beef Bibimbap
Viet Hainan Chicken Rice
Our chicken is poached with fragrant herbs and spices such as ginger, garlic and shallots. These ingredients infuse the chicken with deep, aromatic fragrant flavours making the chicken juicy and succulent.
What's in your bowl?
Boneless, tender chicken served alongside egg fried rice, Chinese leaf dressed in our house special soy sauce, and cucumber. Finished with a garnish of coriander and fresh chilli. Complemented by a hearty bowl of our soup of the day.

Vietnamese Lamb Curry
A rich, creamy, flavourful Vietnamese style curry, 'cà ri cừu' comes with a strong kick of heat infused with yoghurt and coconut milk, and fragrant blended herbs, spices and curry powder.
What's in your bowl?
Tender, slow-cooked lamb with aubergine and okra served with steamed jasmine rice. Finished with a garnish of coriander and chilli's.

Vietnamese Desserts

It is a warm, velvety dessert made with soft black-eyed peas, sticky rice, and a swirl of rich coconut cream. Striking a balance of creamy, sweet and fragrant infused with pandan leaf for a natural aroma.

Coconut Rice Cake
Bánh Ít, a Vietnamese sweet treat wrapped in fragrant banana leaf, it is made with delicately crafted glutinous rice flour infused with fresh pandan leaf, filled with a mix of mung beans, peanuts and shredded coconut. Each cake is packed with a perfect balance of sweet and nutty, with a lightly chewy, soft textured bite.

Vietnamese Caramel Flan
A silky, smooth, light Vietnamese style Caramel Bánh Flan made with fresh egg, milk and golden caramel.
Flan originally came from France, and was introduced to Vietnam during the colonial era and became a beloved light dessert after a filling meal.
